Job Description
- Participate in projects to implement software systems.
- Receive detailed business requirements from specialized departments. Convert business requirements into solutions represented in the application system through detailed specifications of business requirements, input/output data parameters.
- Write requirement documents, use cases, related diagrams, user interface screens, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with business departments to resolve issues in supporting end-users in utilizing and extracting business applications.
- Develop applications and features to support management and business operations.
- Support, test, and operate business software systems.
- Test the system and hand it over when it meets user requirements.
Requirement
- Male/Female, aged 25 – 35.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software, Programming, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting, testing, and operating business software systems.
- Experience using tools for building requirement analysis documents.
- Experience with UI/UX design software. Ability to write technical documents, communicate well, and present issues effectively.
- Working locations: Ho Chi Minh City and Long An (daily shuttle bus provided).
- Preferably experienced in software implementation for Port Operations, Logistics, and Import-Export activities.
