Business Development Staff

Job Description

• Maintain and develop the company’s customer network.
• Identify and consult with customers in need of the company’s port and logistics services.
• Prepare quotations as requested by customers and draft contracts.
• Address issues related to goods during international transportation: schedules, documents, declarations, and transport coordination.
• Proactively perform sales activities aligned with the company’s policies and strengths.
• Maintain service quality by collaborating with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to execute business strategies and achieve established goals and plans.

Requirement

• Male/Female, aged 22-30.
• College degree or higher in Economics, Foreign Trade, or knowledge of Logistics.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong teamwork, planning, analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.
• Good English communication skills; proficient in Word, Excel, etc.
• Passionate, enthusiastic, and highly responsible in work.
