Job Description

  • Perform tasks related to customer service.
  • Draft documents such as minutes, proposals, notifications, etc.
  • Register and guide customers on tours of the port and warehouse upon request.
  • Interact with, guide, and support customers.
  • Organize meetings between customers and relevant departments before loading goods or when issues arise.
  • Receive and resolve customer complaints.
  • Manage the hotline for the department as assigned by management.
  • Address requests and complaints from customers and sales partners.
  • Measure customer satisfaction regarding the handling of requests and complaints.
  • Confirm and continuously update information on customers and sales partners.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, aged 22–30.
  • College degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Logistics, Maritime, or Customer Service.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in office software and conversational English.
