Job Description

  • Maintain and develop the company’s customer network.
  • Identify and consult with customers in need of the company’s port and logistics services.
  • Prepare quotations as requested by customers and draft contracts.
  • Proactively perform sales activities aligned with the company’s policies and strengths.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to execute business strategies and achieve established goals and plans.
  • Address issues related to goods during international transportation: schedules, documents, declarations, and transport coordination.
  • Maintain service quality by working with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Director.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, aged 24–35.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Trade, Maritime Transportation, Marine Economy, or related fields.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in logistics service business, with a good understanding of practices and regulations in international transportation.
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese/Japanese/Korean is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in teamwork, planning, analysis, synthesis, reporting, and proficient in office software.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and highly responsible in work.
