Dongtam Group Master Plan Initiative in Long An Province

Long An International Port is the flagship project of Dongtam Group’s Master Development Plan in Long An Province. The 147-ha port area is the key node in the whole project cluster spanning 1,935-ha which includes a 239-ha logistics center, a 396-ha industrial park, and a 1,145-ha residential and urban area.

The four key development areas in this master plan are envisioned to work together to form an industrial ecosystem that will become a hub for the smooth flow of trade in and out of Long An Province, bringing added value to the entire Mekong Delta Region by creating connections within Vietnam and to the rest of the world.

The 239-hectare Southeast Asia Industrial Services project is planned to specialize in providing logistics, warehousing and storage services, while also diversifying into various other fields to support businesses.

The project is strategically located in Tan Tap Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province, the crucial trade gateway between the Southern Key Economic Region and the Mekong Delta. Its convenient connectivity through road, air, and water transportation systems positions the project as a vital hub in the global supply chain.

As a key part of the master development plan, Southeast Asia Industrial Park (IP) occupies a vast 396-hectare area providing various benefits for investors:

Long An International spans 147 hectares currently with 7 berths and a continuous length of 1,670 meters. With its large footprint and modern infrastructure, the port continues to evolve into a crucial hub in the global supply chain.
