Job Description
- Receive targets from superiors and complete the assigned goals.
- Meet with customers, develop the market, and increase market share.
- Research and update market information on business opportunities.
- Introduce services, understand, and explain operational procedures to customers in a professional manner.
- Meet customers on-site at warehouses and ports to support business operations.
- Negotiate and finalize service contracts for port, warehouse, and other services for the company.
- Search for, expand, and develop new services and customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, increase sales volume, and introduce new services and products.
- Develop business plans for customers or shipments and submit them for approval.
- Attend meetings, events, and host clients.
- Review contracts and related documents before submitting them to management.
- Work closely with the Documentation and Customer Service teams to ensure service implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training and guiding new employees.
Requirement
- Male/Female, aged 25-30.
- College degree or higher in Economics, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong teamwork, planning, analysis, summarizing, and reporting skills.
- Good communication in English and proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and highly responsible in work.
