Job Description

  • Receive targets from superiors and complete the assigned goals.
  • Meet with customers, develop the market, and increase market share.
  • Research and update market information on business opportunities.
  • Introduce services, understand, and explain operational procedures to customers in a professional manner.
  • Meet customers on-site at warehouses and ports to support business operations.
  • Negotiate and finalize service contracts for port, warehouse, and other services for the company.
  • Search for, expand, and develop new services and customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, increase sales volume, and introduce new services and products.
  • Develop business plans for customers or shipments and submit them for approval.
  • Attend meetings, events, and host clients.
  • Review contracts and related documents before submitting them to management.
  • Work closely with the Documentation and Customer Service teams to ensure service implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and guiding new employees.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, aged 25-30.
  • College degree or higher in Economics, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong teamwork, planning, analysis, summarizing, and reporting skills.
  • Good communication in English and proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and highly responsible in work.
