Job Description
- Container Cargo: Develop strategies and plans to collaborate with shipping lines and cargo owners, aiming to attract shipping lines to Long An International Port.
- Container Cargo: Propose and develop business policies applicable to shipping lines and cargo owners.
- Container Cargo: Develop plans for setting up a depot at the port or other locations as per directives.
- Container Cargo: Develop strategies for the establishment of a CFS (Container Freight Station) warehouse at the port.
- Search for, approach, and establish a portfolio of clients to collaborate with Long An International Port.
- Achieve the targets assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Develop and implement marketing programs, build brand awareness, expand the market, and provide customer care.
- Organize the team and establish procedures/regulations to meet assigned business operations.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirement
- Male/Female, aged 30–45.
- University degree or higher in Economics, Foreign Trade, Import-Export Trade, Maritime Transportation, Marine Economy, or related fields, with knowledge of logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business management in maritime, port transportation, and logistics industries.
- Proven experience in business development, market expansion for bulk cargo, container cargo, port services, and logistics.
- Good communication skills in English, proficient in office software.
