Job description

  • Monitor and inspect Fire Prevention & Fighting (FPF), Port Security, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) activities.
  • Track and monitor inspection/calibration validity of machinery and equipment used in port operations.
  • Implement and propose risk control measures related to OHS and fire prevention & fighting.
  • Support the organization of OHS and FPF training programs for employees, contractors, and customers.
  • Train and coordinate the firefighting vehicle response team.
  • Develop procedures and regulations to ensure occupational safety and fire & explosion prevention.
  • Prepare legal compliance documents in accordance with government regulations on fire prevention & fighting, port security, and occupational safety.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Occupational Health & Safety. Candidates with experience in the Port or Logistics industry are preferred.
  • Good knowledge of occupational safety, labor protection, environmental management, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, NotebookLM, Gemini, etc.
  • Strong monitoring, inspection, and incident-handling skills related to safety and security operations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Careful, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
