Long An International Port has invested in the world’s most advanced Terminal Operation Systems from Total Soft Bank (TSB) to implement and support the Port’s business and operations, as well as help shipping lines, customers, and partners have direct connection to the port’s system. This helps all the stakeholders gain access to up-to-date information regarding operations, cargo status and details, relevant documents in real time, and automatic updates, which helps reduce communication via email or phone.
Currently, Long An International Port is implementing CATOS (Computer Automated Terminal Operating System) for containers, and MOST (Multi-purpose Operation System For Terminals) for general cargo (liquid, dry, and bulk cargo). Long An International Port is proud to be one of the first ports in Vietnam to use a professional and globally used general cargo handling system.
