Greenery Supervisor

Job description

• Supervise landscaping activities including plant care, pruning, watering, and maintenance of green areas and landscapes.
• Monitor the condition of trees and plants; handle or propose solutions for pest control, diseases, and damaged vegetation.
• Assign and inspect tasks performed by landscaping staff.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment used for landscape maintenance activities.
• Prepare periodic work reports and perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirement

• Diploma or higher in Landscaping, Agriculture, Horticulture, Environmental Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of landscaping and plant maintenance techniques.
• Strong team management and on-site problem-solving skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, NotebookLM, Gemini, etc.
