Mechanical Engineer

Job description

• Design and prepare electrical drawings for equipment and technical systems.
• Propose improvement and optimization solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in the implementation, supervision, and management of M&E projects both domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure project quality and schedule compliance.
• Implement 5S practices and comply with occupational safety regulations during design, installation, and operation processes.
• Research and apply new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Organize and conduct training programs on equipment operation and maintenance for employees.
• Prepare, manage, and update technical documents related to design, operation, and maintenance.
• Manage maintenance, servicing, and repair activities for equipment and fixed assets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure stable and continuous operations.
• Develop operation and maintenance manuals for equipment.

Requirement

• Male candidates preferred, aged between 22–35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Cutting, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position; fresh graduates are welcome and will be trained.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, NotebookLM, Gemini, etc.
• Good technical writing and presentation skills.
