Job description
- Design and prepare electrical drawings for equipment and technical systems.
- Propose improvement and optimization solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in the implementation, supervision, and management of M&E projects both domestically and internationally.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure project quality and schedule compliance.
- Implement 5S practices and comply with occupational safety regulations during design, installation, and operation processes.
- Research and apply new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Organize and conduct training programs on equipment operation and maintenance for employees.
- Prepare, manage, and update technical documents related to design, operation, and maintenance.
- Manage maintenance, servicing, and repair activities for equipment and fixed assets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure stable and continuous operations.
- Develop operation and maintenance manuals for equipment.
Requirement
- Male candidates preferred, aged between 22–35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Cutting, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position; fresh graduates are welcome and will be trained.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, NotebookLM, Gemini, etc.
- Good technical writing and presentation skills.
