(Hanoi, Vietnam) From April 2nd to 5th, 2025, Long An International Port made a significant impact at the 34th Vietnam International Trade Fair (Vietnam Expo 2025). The port showcased its advanced port and logistics solutions to over 20,000 visitors and global partners, marking a crucial milestone in the port’s sustainable development strategy and efforts to expand international cooperation.
With the goal of becoming a modern industrialized country by 2030 and a developed, high-income country by 2045, Vietnam identifies science, technology, and innovation as the golden key and core factors for development. Vietnam Expo 2025’s theme “Step together in a digitized world”, aims to bring a new wave of technology to the oldest trade exhibition in Vietnam, helping Vietnamese and international businesses to not only expand cooperation through traditional means but also to leverage technology platforms and solutions to boost competitiveness and create more valuable opportunities. Vietnam Expo 2025 gathered around 500 businesses from 16 countries and territories, displaying at 550 booths, attracting 20,000 visitors, it is a reliable destination for trade promotion organizations from many countries and territories worldwide.

During the event, Long An International Port engaged in numerous networking activities, strategic discussions with investors, businesses, and partners in the logistics industry. As part of Vietnam Expo 2025, the event included specialized seminars and high-level forums addressing various topics of interest. Long An International Port inaugurates the Container Yard at Thuan Dao Industrial Zone, Ben Luc District, Long An Province, providing customers with flexibility in container cargo transportation for collection and storage of empty containers.
Another important milestone in 2025 is the establishment of the Customs Office at Long An International Port according to Decision No. 10/QD/CHQ effective from March 15, 2025. This helps optimize import-export processes, enhancing clearance capabilities right at the port.
