Job description
- Collect direct payments for container handling (lift-on/lift-off) services, barge berthing fees, and other port service charges.
- Check customer payment status and lock/unlock payments on the CATOS system.
- Monitor and reconcile revenue, accounts receivable, advance payments, and other incurred receivables on the sytem.
- Issue invoices and fee notices; inspect and archive related documentation.
- Manage cash funds and perform shift handovers of cash and financial documents.
- Coordinate with Dispatchers, Documentation, and relevant departments to resolve payment/billing issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Requirement
- Gender & Age: Female preferred, aged 21–35.
- Education: College degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
- Experience: Prior experience in accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, debt management, or port billing is preferred; candidates with experience in Port/Logistics industries are strongly favored.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, accounting software, and the CATOS system.
- Personal Qualities: Meticulous, honest, with strong cash and data control skills.
- Soft Skills: Good communication and direct customer-handling skills.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
