[Port Industry]_STS Crane Operator

Job description

1. Operate Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes to load and unload containers from vessels/barges according to operational plans.
2. Execute crane operations following standard procedures to ensure safety, productivity, and schedule adherence.
3. Inspect equipment status before and during shifts; promptly report any anomalies.
4. Maintain and efficiently utilize the STS crane and assigned tools/equipment.
5. Coordinate effectively with Dispatchers, Supervisors, and relevant departments during port operations.
6. Assist with equipment maintenance and servicing as assigned.
7. Comply with Port rules, regulations on safety, security, fire prevention/firefighting, and environmental protection.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirement

• Gender & Age: Male preferred, aged 20–40.
• Education: High school diploma (12/12) or higher.
• Experience: Minimum 01 year of experience operating STS cranes, shore-based container cranes, or equivalent equipment.
• Certifications: Valid crane operator license/certificate relevant to the operated machinery.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of crane structures and operational principles.
• Skills: High precision in operation, strong focus, and excellent situational handling abilities.
• Working Conditions: Willingness to work in shifts.
• Attitude: High sense of discipline and strict compliance with operational safety regulations.
